Poetry Thursday–A Few Haiku

Hello, I’ve returned!

Today, rather than posting one longer poem, I decided that I would share a few of my favorite haiku that I have written.

I hope you like them!

I didn’t know what

hope was until the doctor

to us “false alarm.”

Your knight will not come

to save you, for you are the

knight you’ve waited for.

He crushed the stars in

her blood and drank the dust mixed

in morning coffee.

A love story’s end.

Don’t say I deserve the world.

Say I am the world.

So these aren’t meant to connect to each other, but if you find a way for them to anyways then that’s cool too.

Anyways, I hope you have a nice day!  See you ~next time.~
